By using this site, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use apply to all orders made on our website.
By clicking "Confirm Payment," you fully accept these terms.
These terms may be modified at any time. The version in effect is the one published at the time of the order.


If you do not accept these terms or the Privacy Policy, please do not use this site.
The site is the exclusive property of ATELIER BAGATELLE. Any total or partial reproduction is prohibited without authorization.

2. The Customer

To place an order, you must:

  • Be a legal adult (18 years or older) and legally capable, or have parental authorization.

  • Provide accurate and complete information during the purchase process.
ATELIER BAGATELLE cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect information.

3. Products & Prices

All products are new, handmade, and described accurately (photos, prices, dimensions, weight, characteristics).


Minor differences may exist due to handmade production or screen settings.


In case of an error in the product description, our responsibility is limited to the reimbursement of the order, excluding return costs.


Pricing:

  • Prices are in CHF (VAT included), excluding shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are displayed before final validation.

  • Discounts are only valid on the date of the order.
ATELIER BAGATELLE reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with no retroactive effect.

4. Order

Process:

  • Select products and add to cart

  • Review and modify the cart if needed

  • Confirm by clicking "Pay for my order"

  • Log in or order as a guest

  • Confirm payment

Payment:

  • Accepted payments:

-Credit card via Stripe

-PayPal


  • Your banking information is never accessible by ATELIER BAGATELLE.
Products remain the property of ATELIER BAGATELLE until full payment is made.

5. Confirmation & Data

A confirmation email is sent after payment, followed by a second one when the order is shipped.
This confirmation serves as the sales contract.
The information provided during the order must be carefully checked by the customer.
In case of a dispute or stock issue, we reserve the right to cancel an order.

6. Shipping

Shipping within a maximum of 30 days (except in exceptional cases).


Shipments via Swiss Post or French Post.


You will be informed of any potential delays due to production, stock, logistics, or strikes.


Shipping Costs:

  • Switzerland: Calculated based on weight and destination.

  • International: Varies depending on weight and destination, customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged Package:

  • Refuse the package or note the damage on the delivery slip.

  • Inform us within 3 days. Without this, no exchange or refund can be made.

7. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days after receipt to withdraw without justification.
Inform us by email or mail before returning the product.


Return Conditions:

  • Unused items in perfect condition and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

8. Refund

Refunds are processed within 30 days after receipt and verification of the items.
Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the order.

9. Data Protection

Purpose of collected data:

  • Name, address, email, shipping/billing information, payment information.

These data are essential for:

- Order processing

-Customer follow-up

-Internal statistics

-Marketing communications (you can unsubscribe at any time)

Recipients:

  • Data is never sold or shared for commercial purposes.

  • They are securely stored.

Data Retention:

  • For the duration of the business relationship +5 years for legal reasons.

  • Up to 3 years for marketing communications, unless you object.

  • Statistical data is processed anonymously.

Your Rights:

You may at any time:

  • Access your data

  • Modify, delete, or transfer them

  • Object to their processing or withdraw your consent

  • Request deletion if you were a minor at the time of collection.

The brand, logo, visuals, texts, and all creations on this site are the exclusive property of ATELIER BAGATELLE.

11. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law.


In case of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be prioritized.


Failing that, only the competent court in Switzerland may be involved.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, you confirm:

  • You have read and understood these terms

  • You fully accept the characteristics of the products, delivery times, and conditions

  • You are aware of your rights, including withdrawal and warranties

  • You are informed of the possibility of mediation in case of a dispute
